The inclusion of new partners into the program has allowed us to further enhance the features of MYOBSync.

MYOBSync is well and truly into development.  The ideas of how MYOB and assist partners is becoming even more apparent. After speaking with partners we have discovered that MYOBSync has the ability to go further than originally expected. To give you an update of what ideas have been put forward, we have listed some features of the MYOBSync in functional areas of the application.

Features within the Orders Section:

• Ability to download orders from the specified cart
• Edit and manage downloaded orders (e.g. the ability to set the date of the order or any additional information)
• Process the orders individually or automatically into MYOB
• Ability to set the status of processed orders in both the MYOB company file and the shopping cart site

Features within the Products Section:

• Ability to create new products in MYOB
• Ability to create new products in your shopping cart
• Ability to manage existing (or new) products in both MYOB and the shopping cart
• Ability to match different shopping cart codes with MYOB product codes

Features within the Customers Section:

• Ability to match different user details from both the shopping cart and MYOB to create a consistent set of customer records
• Ability to manage and update existing customers in MYOB and the shopping cart
• Ability to create new customers in MYOB and the shopping cart
• Ability to update customer records in MYOB from data entered within the shopping cart
• Ability to choose which side has priority when updating information

Other benefits of the MYOBSync application are:

• Ability to create “Profiles” which allow to map one shopping cart to one MYOB company file.  You can create 2 or more profiles of different shopping carts and point them to the same MYOB company file.
